EDGAR Online continues to make improvements based on users’ feedback, and the newest features affect all subscribers: I-Metrix, EDGAR Pro, and EDGAR Access. We are pleased to announce the following enhancements: a new quick link to the Risk Factors section,  additional navigation on the Company tab for Mutual Funds to link to past prospectuses, and the ability to filter for as-reported XBRL-tagged data.

New Filing Section – Risk Factors
A new filing section screen has been added to the Company Tab and is displayed for all U.S. Equities, labeled “Risk Factors”. This screen (using EDGAR Pro) displays the Risk Factors section from the company’s most recent quarterly or annual report and provided navigation to the last four previous Risk Factor sections.

Company Tab – Funds – Additional Left Navigation & Filing Screens

For those viewing the Funds section under the Company tab, we have added direct links to the Fund’s Last Prospectus and Last Supplement in the left navigation and have included two new filing screens displaying All Prospectuses and All Supplements.

Search Tab – Addition of “Restrict to Interactive Data (XBRL)” Checkbox

We’ve added the ability to only search for filings that include XBRL content by checking the “Restrict to Interactive Data (XBRL)” checkbox on all search tab screens. This field can be used in combination with other search input fields.
